Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PJQ platform (pjq.life). By using the service, you agree to these terms. Access to the service is granted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

1. About PJQ

PJQ is a public media reception observability platform. We analyze comments under public videos and return an aggregated Verdict: audience distribution across 7 stance categories (SUP, AGA, NEU, OFF, THIN, SUS, AGN), mood indexes, and exemplar reactions. 2. Acceptable Use

Permitted:

  • Analyzing publicly available YouTube videos via our UI or API.
  • Using the resulting Verdicts in your own content, articles, or research.

    • Strictly Prohibited:

  • Using the service for DDoS attacks or spamming API requests.
  • Attempting to extract or reconstruct raw user comments bypassing PJQ's aggregation.
  • Reselling API access to third parties without a written agreement with us.

    • 3. Rate Limits

    To protect our infrastructure, we enforce rate limits on API requests per minute. Exact limits depend on your current tier and are displayed in your Cabinet.

    4. Payment and Billing

    PJQ services are billed on a "prepaid credits" basis via crypto-tips through cryptocurrency networks (USDT-TRC20, ERC20, SOL, BTC).

  • Deposits are converted into internal platform credits.
  • The cost of a classification request is listed on our Pricing page. All read-only operations (viewing history, featured dashboard, and matrix) are free.
  • Refunds: If you decide to stop using the service, you may request a refund for the unused remaining balance within 30 days of the transaction by emailing `schowalterl235@gmail.com` with your API key and a return wallet address (network fees will be deducted).

    • 5. Limitation of Liability

    The service is provided "as is". We continuously improve our classification model (pjq-stance), which means past Verdicts may be recalculated or changed retroactively as new model versions are released. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of classification. Please read our full Disclaimer.

    6. Termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
  • PJQ reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without a refund in the event of a severe violation of the "Acceptable Use" section (e.g., DDoS attacks or attempting to de-anonymize data).
